Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BL Capital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Third-Party Services. We may link to or integrate with third-party services; we do not warrant their availability or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BL Capital’s total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BL Capital and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

By You. You may stop using the Services at any time. By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for any other reason with 30-days’ notice (except in cases of illegal behavior, where immediate termination may occur).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
